Administration building embodies Catholic identity and welcoming spirit.
St. Monica's new purpose-built administration building enables the College to deliver the highest quality learning conditions, as well as support the wellbeing of their community of learners, educators and administrators.
Detailing and materiality have been given consideration throughout to capture and highlight key symbols and values of the College.
Rather than set back behind a physical boundary, the prominent facade design sits directly at campus edge. Access is via an open forecourt and a transparent double-height front entryway, that opens into a light-filled reception area with a high voided ceiling.
Together these elements position St Monica’s as a school that is open, warm and welcoming, and most importantly express its continued commitment to playing a large role within the local community.
