With an eye for potential, our Property Developer client redefined this As-Is-Where-Is home into an executive family home. Specifications were selected for their modern aesthetics, durability and quality in order to attract potential buyers who appreciate the finer things. The structural elements in this home were set prior to Swift Design’s engagement, we made them functional and beautiful with wide market appeal. "Swift Designs was great to work with, friendly helpful yet always professional. They guided us with our renovation project, helping with kitchen and laundry design, room layout, window treatments, colours, joinery and we love the results. I would highly recommend Swift Designs." - Sarah & Ian Johnson, Christchurch

“What a great job, Treena from Swift Designs has done for us. We are so grateful. Her level of professionalism, engagement, responsiveness and sincerity are beyond reproach. Treena provided us with a number of fabulous options in furniture, curtains, paint colours, flooring, tiles and bathroom design and was a pleasure to deal with. We can't believe that these fabulous spaces that she helped us create are all ours! She absolutely nailed the brief for us and our home is better than we could have ever imagined!”
