Swann Road Villa banner

This 150-year-old villa was purchased from Christchurch and shipped down in 6 pieces by Kings House Movers. The house had damaged foundations from the Christchurch earthquakes and was going to get pulled down. The villa is around 330 square meters and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges, an open kitchen and dining room, and an office/sunroom. The house was fully stripped out on the inside and redone top to bottom.

On the outside, a new roof was installed, and a lot of the timber weatherboards were replaced. The brick chimney was also remade to match the original design. Additionally, there is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, and living area AirBnB transportable that was renovated to look like the villa.
