The Edge Waterview Apartments
The Edge Waterview Apartments in Maribyrnong were completed early 2013. Complex site levels were overcome to provide 142 apartments - 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom units and penthouses with double glazing and solar boosted hot water. MGA designed two distinctive exterior expressions with separate entrances, breaking down the scale of the complex and giving The Waterview, with its city views, and The Edge, looking onto urban surroundings unique identities.
