Vedado Multi-unit Residential: A thoughtfully designed 32-apartment complex in Central Wellington, featuring two buildings that prioritize communal green spaces and efficient resource consent processes for enhanced urban living.

Vedado is a 32 apartment complex comprised of two buildings of three and four stories in Central Wellington. Designed for inner city living we provided a communal green sanctuary for its residents. This project is a progression from previous developments with the same client, one of which is in the direct neighbourhood.
Collectively understanding our target client we were quickly able to develop our desired product and set about the task of designing a development that would provide a high level of amenity. We conservatively worked with the town planning rules and a high priority for the project was to efficiently work through the Resource Consent process in order to achieve condensed timeframes set by the client.
