This contemporary space defines what it is to have everything you need in a smaller sized garden. There is room to play for kids, there is abundant space for entertaining and relaxing and there is an elegant pool that when not in use takes on reflective qualities and sparkles in beauty when viewed from above. All of this is framed but a pool house – guest house with bathroom and a green roof. The green roof not only enhances the thermal qualities of the room, it also extends the garden to make it feel more expansive. It also improves the outlook from the master bedroom that now looks onto garden instead of a rooftop.
