Davina Homes is renowned for the construction of their bespoke luxury homes and duplexes. Their meticulous attention to detail and design concepts has led them to the forefront of luxury home builders.

The Davina team is structured with Sydney’s highest skilled contractors who have supported the vision of Davina Homes to see it continuously grow for over 35 years. Endlessly pushing new design limits and building boundaries of contemporary residential construction.

Davina Homes, formerly known as GMD constructions, was founded by Phillip Buono in 1984. Over the long company history, this family run business gained a strong reputation for building high quality homes within Sydney.

Phillip’s son David Buono joined the business in 1999 following the completion of his qualifications as a carpenter.

Upon Phillip’s retirement, David took over the reins and formed Davina Homes as we know it today.
