This modern three-story dwelling at 25 Champion Road Tennyson Point goes above and beyond in terms of luxury duplex living.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Smeg appliances and LED lights inbuilt within the joinery. It was designed overlooking the large stack doors that open up to a deck with an outdoor kitchen, bespoke inground pool with a frameless glass balustrade & artificial grass for low maintenance as well as a built-in barbecue.
Our client had made a specific request for the home to cover all areas of entertainment and healthy living. The entertainment room was designed to hold at least twelve guests with complete comfort in mind. This room includes a wet bar, custom made pool table as well as a gym area for a well-balanced lifestyle.
The ground, first floor and bathrooms feature silver travertine tiles across the floors and walls. The garage has an abundance of storage finished with polished concrete floors and a glass pivot door leading to the stone stair case.
You’ll notice the combination of charcoal and white makes this property stand out. The contrast boosts its street appeal with the in-built garden bed that also ties in the front and back yard adding warmth and personality to the exterior.
