Problem – How to achieve the clients desire to redevelop the site to provide for maximum commercial floorspace and parking, while recognising the location on an arterial road with close proximity to residential uses.

Solution – RMS worked closely with the architects to ensure the proposal was designed to address the key corner location with frontage to Dominion Road and to residential properties in George Street, to ensure it could be assessed on a non-notified basis by Council.

Benefits – An award winning design with maximum commercial floor space that was processed within a short time frame and avoiding public notification.
