“I engaged Gareth Price and the team from Homing Instincts to undertake an extensive renovation in Beachlands including adding a master bedroom and walk-in wardrobe, new deck, 2 bathrooms and reconfiguring the lounge and kitchen space to make it open plan. Having used his services in the past for other smaller projects around the house and knowing he had a good reputation in the area, he was naturally the first person I thought of when it came time for a larger project.
