Renovation in Hunua

“I engaged Gareth Price and the team from Homing Instincts to undertake an extensive renovation in Beachlands including adding a master bedroom and walk-in wardrobe, new deck, 2 bathrooms and reconfiguring the lounge and kitchen space to make it open plan. Having used his services in the past for other smaller projects around the house and knowing he had a good reputation in the area, he was naturally the first person I thought of when it came time for a larger project. Gareth is professional and approachable and I have always been exceptionally happy with the level of workmanship he provides. His team are friendly and reliable and I have no hesitation in trusting them to get on with the job, even when I’m not there. Nothing is too much trouble for him, often going above and beyond my expectations to make sure my requirements are met. He’s always happy to listen to my thoughts and ideas, implement them in the design with his own creative flair and accommodate last minute changes. The care and thought he puts into each project is evident. He project manages from start to finish and it’s comforting to know he has a trusted crew of not only staff members, but local sub-contractors he can rely on to complete the job to a high standard. I would highly recommend engaging Gareth and his team for any renovation or addition project and would be happy to provide further information if required.”
