Innovative facade design of the Christchurch City Hotel featuring Thermosash engineered solutions, ensuring rapid installation and enhanced construction efficiency for a seamless hotel experience.
The playful architectural facade design of the Christchurch City Hotel in Colombo Str was brought to life by a Thermosash engineered custom shade solution, integrated with our Thermosash PW1000 UnitisedTM Curtainwall to the front, as well as our Thermosash Delta Suite manufactured as circular and square punch windows to the West, North & South of the building.
One of the benefits of a Thermosash Unitised solution is increased speed of construction. The whole facade of this project was installed on-site in around 6 weeks. The fast install time is a critical path activity for hotel cladding due to the size of the internal fit-out following.
