A beachside house in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Coast House features a pitched roof design that enhances upper-level space and offers stunning ocean views, expertly crafted by Luke Moloney Architecture and captured through the lens of Adam Amin.
Coast House Luke Moloney architecture photographed by Adam Amin. The design of this beachside house in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs has taken full advantage of its context with the addition of a first floor to a single-storey cottage. Its form of a pitched roof is iconic and practical in increasing the size of the partitioned rooms on the upper level and framing an uninterrupted southern view of the ocean.
