Compact townhouses designed for optimal sunlight and easy maintenance in a vibrant city fringe location.
A city fringe site with nearby amenity, this is the perfect location for compact living. With the site divided length ways, each home enjoys sun throughout the day. Whilst a lineal layout was utilised to accommodate the three bedrooms, a small courtyard was created to ensure each had access to an abundance of light. This space was able to be enjoyed from the Kitchen, as well as bring light into the corridor at each level.
A combination of easy maintenance claddings were selected to ensure life in these townhouses is an easy one!
