Architecture AND have completed the refurbishment of a commercial building in the creative precinct of Elizabeth Street, Redfern. The building has been reimagined, presenting an intense steel plate façade to the street and incorporating multiple interventions into the creative space within.

The implementation of energy efficient water, lighting and the provision of a substantial end of trip facility underpinned the sustainability objectives of the project, achieving a 5 star Nabers rating.
