Fendalton

’Modern’, ‘sleek’ and ‘stylish’ are three adjectives that beautifully describe this home. From the first moment of viewing, this home has a striking street frontage that is sure to turn heads. The Rockcote plaster system exterior and the aluminium panels between the windows make for a low-maintenance, stylish framing of the home. The aluminium louvres also provide a point of interest and a fantastic method to bring heat or provide shade for the home throughout the ever-changing seasons. Simplexity tendered for this project through the architect. From the sleek lines of the exterior to the spacious and open layout of the interior, this was a fantastic example of how Simplexity can work on all aspects of an architectural home build. Because of their 25-plus years of building experience, the team at Simplexity know all the ins and outs of building sophisticated architectural homes. They’re a small, close-knit team who loves to build great relationships with their clients. A stand-out example of the beauty of the interior of this home comes in the ‘air bridge’ with an expansive glass balustrade all around it. At the top of the first-floor stairs (where typically a home would have a waist-height wall), the homeowner opted for a glass wall, giving the effect of floating in a massive open space at the top of the property. Careful and intricate work was required by the builders to get this finishing just right. Simplexity were also fortunate enough to complete the landscaping for this property and also install the kitchen, complete with its lacquered finish and Corian acrylic benchtop. There really is no end to the list of products and materials that Simplexity works with when building quality architectural designed homes. Architect: Noel Strez Architects
