Developed in two stages, these inner city apartments are close to everything the city has to offer. Backing on to the wide open green spaces of Basque Park, public transport is abundant, Eden Park stadium handy for rugby fans and downtown Auckland an easy walk away.
The development is split into park side and street side and offers a mix of two bedrooms plus study and one bedroom apartments. Stage one has fourteen boutique apartments with an additional six added at stage two.
Natural materials were used extensively throughout the construction, and a glazed external lift provides circulation. Carparking is underneath, primarily achieved with stackers. A further podium has been developed more recently providing a further six apartments.
