Perched on a Christchurch hillside with views of the Southern Alps, these architecturally designed new-build duplexes offer elevated modern living.

Light-filled interiors and carefully considered spaces create homes that are as functional as they are stylish. Two high-end duplexes, wrapped in timeless brick, featuring spacious bedrooms, a designer kitchen, a sun-soaked balcony, and double garaging.

“Matt Harrison Construction undertook the building contract to restore our extensively earthquake damaged 19th century home and has done a thorough and professional job. I found him to be very helpful and always happy to explain ‘in layman’s terms’ some of the technical processes that were involved. We worked through many issues that inevitably arose over the 18 month period of repair. It seemed as though he worked ‘over and above’ to achieve the best result.”
