and Thorn Architecture on board it was
time to bring Scotland Place to life. As this
was Gagan’s first development project, Lobell
guided Gagan throughout the design and
construction process. It was July 2021 when Lobell first broke ground
demolishing and removal of the existing two
storied house onsite, then one of
Lobell’s top Manager’s was onsite overseeing
the project, an up and coming foreman
was the main ‘’boots on the ground’’ forming a
strong line of communication with the client. In 2022 the project was complete, 4 units
attached, two stories high, brand new and fully
furnished. Gagan’s expectations were
surpassed with the overall design and build process. He continues to keep in contact with Lobell most of all with Managing Directors Louis and Ellyse, who were ‘’very
efficient’’. Gagan hopes to work with Lobell
again in his future endeavors
