Neerim House, Castle Cove

Introducing the stunning Neerim House, Castle Cove, a Contemporary masterpiece completed in 2020. This sculptural home, inspired by American Modernist architect John Lautner, blends luxury and nature seamlessly. The distinctive shape, with cantilevered rooflines and trapezoidal concrete walls, creates a one-of-a-kind living experience.  Designed by Terroir Architects, this residence boasts sharp angles, irregular ceilings, and custom lighting throughout the living spaces. The main level features a living room, dining room, and a soundproofed home theater/music room. Walls of glass connect to a balcony, and a commercial-quality kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances is a focal point. The primary bedroom wing offers privacy and includes a Japanese-inspired indoor/outdoor bathroom and a home office. Additionally, the property features a guest suite, home gym, tasting room, resort-like pool, tennis court, and more, making it a truly exceptional living space.
