This renovation project “ticked all the cool boxes”, says Scott Feasey. The elegant Roseneath residence overlooking Oriental Bay was was a beautiful “old girl” designed by the late Sir Ian Athfield. In 2014, it was time to give her a new lease of life while still retaining her timeless Athfield character. The key to success was involving Scotty’s from the earliest stage of planning. It meant we could work with the acclaimed architect John Mills from day one to plan out the build (which involved many trips up and down the home’s cable car!), delivering a beautiful, comfortable home that exceeded the client’s expectations and resulted in multiple awards.
