In 2019, Selwyn College planned to transform an existing 17 room building into a new 12 room innovative learning space. To begin the transformation, Teak Construction Group undertook extensive asbestos removal followed by major structure demolition of original concrete walls. We then completed a full fit out.

The renovated building sits within the existing building’s footprint but with a reconfigured floor plan to better suit the school’s requirements.
