Seismic Upgrade Included - Shenanigans We were originally tasked to fit out an extension, to match the design of the existing area that we had completed previously. During the renovation, we discovered seismic elements were below specification; we worked with the owners, tenants and engineers to implement a seismic upgrade to this heritage building. During the process, the tenant chose to modernise and utilise the space more efficiently, we managed this without majorly impacting the cost through a clever approach to the renovation. Existing bricks were reused as feature walls, and recycled joinery was used to help maintain the classic style of the bar and brand. A smart use of resources to create an amazing result!
