47 St Georges: A boutique terrace development in Avondale, completed in 2024, showcasing modern urban living with exceptional design, spacious interiors, and a focus on natural light, all within a vibrant community setting.
St Georges Development
Tucked in the heart of Avondale, 47 St Georges is a boutique development that exemplifies modern urban living through exceptional design, scale, and materiality. Comprising a mix of two – and three-level residences, this architecturally led project balances form and function – a premium living opportunity.
The homes are designed with an emphasis on spatial generosity and natural light. Open-plan layouts, high ceilings, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections ensure a sense of volume and tranquillity, while robust finishes like James Hardie weatherboard, ColorSteel® roofing, and in-situ concrete provide durability and visual appeal. Interiors are elevated with laminated timber flooring, digital locks, Bosch appliances, engineered stone benchtops, and curated colour palettes that evoke warmth and sophistication.
Located just minutes from Avondale’s vibrant village, parks, schools, and public transport links, the development is as convenient as it is considered. Despite the terraced configuration, careful site planning ensures each home feels private and serene.
Designed and delivered in eight months, this is urban living redefined – where build quality, thoughtful design and community connection converge effortlessly.
