A stone pier and timber battens mark the entry, softened by low garden planting.

Angled timber slats step down from the balcony, a small architectural flourish beside the arched window.

A rock garden brings living colour into the hallway, echoed in the artwork beside it.

A glass barn door slides open to reveal the stair, framed by the hallway's abstract art.

Kitchen, dining and living share one open volume, with the pool always in view.

Skylights wash the vaulted living room, its oak media wall grounding the space.

Book-matched marble wraps the curved island, framed by courtyard greenery through the glass.

A servery window and hanging greenery connect the kitchen to the alfresco beyond.

A waterfall marble edge gives the island its sculptural presence.

Full-height oak storage keeps the working kitchen streamlined behind the island.

A fluted rangehood and marble splashback bring texture to the cooking zone.

An archway opens to a small wine nook, glimpsed past the black refrigerator.

Timber stairs climb past a sunlit indoor garden, stone-edged for a grounded finish.

A planted trough runs the length of the landing, softening the transition upstairs.

A compact upstairs lounge pairs a terrazzo table with a servery window seat.

A cushioned window seat catches the evening view over the rooftops.

Sheer curtains and a ceiling fan keep the upstairs sitting room airy through summer.

A fluted feature wall and boucle bedhead give the main bedroom its textured calm.

Floor-to-ceiling sheers filter the main bedroom's afternoon light.

A checkerboard feature wall frames the twin vanity, arched to match the freestanding bath niche.

An arched timber surround turns the bath into the ensuite's quiet centrepiece.

Light falls through the black-framed window straight onto the bath.

Wave-patterned handles and dark timber give the walk-in robe a considered finish.

A compact office nook fits neatly beside the stair, greenery softening the charcoal joinery.

The void ties upper and lower levels together, plants and art marking the transition.

Full-width sliding doors turn the alfresco into a direct extension of the main living space.

A glass-fronted bar fridge and full barbecue set-up make the alfresco kitchen entertaining-ready.

Glass tiles and timber shelving frame the barbecue, plants trailing from above.

An arched mirror and styled vases turn the dressing table into a considered finishing touch.

Slatted timber screening gives the study nook a sense of enclosure without closing it off.

Looking down the void, the hanging plants and landing artwork draw the eye through the home.

A stone fireplace anchors the alfresco lounge, open to the lawn beyond.

The curved white facade and timber screening give the home its quiet, confident street presence.
