High gloss cabinet doors is a timeless look that has stood the test of time. Acrygloss® is an acrylic gloss surface for doors, edged with our special Invisedge to create a seamless door. Acrygloss features a highly scratch resistant surface, creating a quality door that is easy to clean.

Acrygloss® is most commonly used for kitchen cabinet doors, but is also suitable for office furniture, wall paneling, reception areas, shop fittings, household furniture and so much more!

What makes our product Acrygloss®, not just another acrylic gloss door?

The Surface: Acrygloss showcases an exceptionally scratch resistant acrylic made by Senosan – an  Austrian company recognized globally for producing durable and high quality acrylic laminates. This distinctive acrylic has a special hard coat on the surface, to ensure a long-lasting, highly scratch resistant, glossy door.

The Substrate: The acrylic is pressed onto a moisture resistant, Carb2 (low formaldehyde – similar to E0 rating) MDF substrate from a leading MDF manufacturer in Europe. This high-quality MDF is made from 100% recovered wood – timber that would otherwise go to waste!

The Edge: We achieve a seamless transition between the panel’s face and edge by utilizing a matching laser edgetape from MKT, a German manufacturer of edgetapes. With MKT’s Excellent Gloss technology, the edgetape is created with a high-gloss finish that matches that of the acrylic face, resulting in a consistent appearance for both the face and edge.

The Sizes: with large panel sizes available, up to 2775x1195m. Available in thicknesses of 18, 32, 36 and 60mm.

Acrygloss® is a registered trademark that encompasses our finished door products, consisting of the acrylic board, our special laseredge known as Invisedge®, and the Sage Door’s 3m philosophy.

Cleaning: Keeping Acrygloss® clean is simple. With each order, we include a bottle of VuPlex, a high gloss surface spray that eliminates static and ensures that fingerprints are easily wiped away. For regular cleaning, we recommend simply using a soft, damp cloth & drying the surface afterwards to avoid streaks. For more detailed instructions on how to clean Acrygloss®, please refer to our cleaning instructions found in the downloads tab.
