Lookcrete® is a durable, yet cost-effective solution for achieving beautifully textured concrete look cabinetry. It eliminates the need for labour-intensive hand-plastering, making it ideal for concrete feature walls in both residential and commercial spaces – transforming spaces with the character of concrete, effortlessly.

Specifications

The Surface: Lookcrete® features a durable melamine surface, with a unique texture and picture to create an authentic concrete look and feel. The picture and the texture imitate that of a hand-troweled concrete wall. Lookcrete® is double sided, with the same look and richly-textured surface on both the face and back.

Please note: Lookcrete® is a melamine product intended for cabinetry & wall panels. It is not suitable for use as a splashback or benchtop.

The Substrate: Lookcrete® is pressed on an MDF substrate.

The Edge: We achieve a seamless transition between the panel’s face and edge by utilizing a matching laser edgetape from MKT, a leading German edgetape manufacturer. MKT focus to create edge tape with a excellent match to the colour, image and texture of the board, resulting in a consistent appearance for both the face and edge.

The Size: Lookcrete® comes in a large sheet size (2775×2045) for extra flexibility in your design. Available in thicknesses of 19, 36 and 60mm.

The Trademark: Lookcrete® is manufactured exclusively by Sage Doors to ensure consistency and quality assurance. Lookcrete® is the registered trademark that encompasses our finished door products, consisting of the acrylic board, our special laseredge known as Invisedge®, and the Sage Door’s 3m philosophy.

Cleaning: Lookcrete® is simple to clean. Simply use a damp, soapy microfiber cloth, then dry with a towel to remove streaks. Due to the deeply textured nature of the product, you may also use a soft brush at times to clean more stubborn marks.

Avoid spraying cleaning products directly onto the face of the door, as this can cause pooling on the bottom of the door, which can lead to swelling over time.

A natural concrete colour, named after the iconic rock landmark in Matala, Crete.

Full of colour and texture, with a hint of blue, and a touch of metallic silver – full of character like Chania, Crete
