What makes our product Invisedge®, not just any laseredge door?

We know that in order to produce the best, we need to work with the best. Materials. Men. Machinery. They all work together. We have spent years investing into our processes and technology, in order to achieve the best edge for you.

The Surface: TEXTAURA™ (text-ur-a) Sophie features a durable melamine surface, with a unique texture and picture to create an authentic marble look and feel.

With an elegant soft matte surface and an ever-so-slight metallic fleck, Sophie has a natural sense of depth to bring it to life!

The Substrate: Textaura™ is pressed on an MDF substrate.

The Edge: We achieve a seamless transition between the panel’s face and edge by utilizing a matching laser edgetape from MKT, a German manufacturer of edgetape. MKT perfectly matte the edgetape to the board, to ensure a seamless, consistent appearance for both the face and edge.

The Sizes: Featuring a large sheet size (2775×1805) for extra flexibility. Available in thicknesses of 18, 25, 30, 36 and 60mm.

The Shapes & Angles: give you flexibility in your designs:

  • profile ‘shark nose’ handles
  • handle cutouts
  • shaped shelves
  • shaped doors
  • angled edges

The Trademark: Sophie is manufactured exclusively by Sage Doors to ensure consistency and quality assurance.

Cleaning: Sophie is simple to clean. Simply use a damp, soapy microfiber cloth, then dry with a towel to remove streaks.

Avoid spraying cleaning products directly onto the face of the door, as this can cause pooling on the bottom of the door, which can lead to swelling over time.
