With owners who were based in the United Kingdom, smooth and accurate communication was a vital part in this renovation process.

The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home had a complete makeover undertaken in two stages.

Re-wired, re-insulated, re-plumbed and all new double glazing, the home was completed with a new kitchen and new bathrooms.

The large kwila deck entertaining area allows for views to both the beautiful valley area and the Tasman sea.
