A 2-storey retail and office space in Silverdale, featuring a large atrium, lift, and tower clock, successfully integrating products from China while maintaining public access in a busy area.
We were contracted to build a 2-storey retail and office space which was located in Silverdale. This project was one that we were able to overcome some different ways to our usual way of building. The client was located in China, where we also have to incorporate products they wanted to use from China in the building. We were able to achieve the client's expectations and work with them in incorporating those products they were wanting.
This project did have its difficulties with tight space, in the middle of a busy are and making sure that the public could still use the footpaths. Some features of the building included being built around a large atrium with a lift and a tower clock.
