The Holiday Inn Remarkables Park situated in Queenstown is a 5 storey hotel with retail, restaurant and conference facilities on the ground floor. Facade installation above ground includes Thermosash Unitised Thermal Break Suite PW1000 TB-160 incorporating Thermal Break sliding doors, as well as integrated vertical and horizontal solarshading elements, and vented aluminium louvres. The ground floor facade is Thermosash PW400 Unitised Curtainwall and Thermosash rainscreen cladding system RS-1000. Thermosash Thermal Break Window Wall and Unitised Curtainwall suite is a bespoke engineered durable solution to meet H1 energy efficiencies. The suite exceeds industry codes for minimal air leakage, offering improved U Value performance and integrated spandrel insulation. Our unitised suites provide the advantage of closing in buildings rapidly saving significant onsite programme time. For commercial facade solutions offering greater energy efficiencies and improved thermal performance, along with the lowest carbon footprint (CO2e/kg) aluminium extrusions in New Zealand, as well as close to 50 years of building envelope expertise, please contact us to discuss your next project.
