Leinster Road Multi-Unit Development banner

Urban design assessment, landscape design and illustration services were provided for a 19-unit, two storey residential development in Merivale, Christchurch. A communal petanque area was created in the centre of the development as well as detailing the shared carpark to allow the space to be used by resident children as a play space. Each unit has its own north facing outdoor living space, either at ground or as a balcony. The design was presented to the Christchurch Urban Design panel with consent obtained shortly afterwards.
