Quest Hotel, Takapuna features a striking 5-storey design with advanced Thermosash curtainwall systems, large sliding windows, and integrated porcelain stone finishes, completed ahead of schedule in 2020.
The 5 storey Quest Hotel, Takapuna, Auckland features large format porcelain stone integrated into Thermosash PW1000 unitised curtainwall, as well as Thermosash engineered, manufactured and installed large scale sliding windows and window sashes, interior balcony sliders, entry doors and double bank louvres.
Thermosash completed the installation ahead of the programme target schedule. Our facade solutions include;
- PW1000 Unitised Curtainwall to Levels 1-4, structurally double glazed, integrated with porcelain stone tiles and double blade louvres
- PW400 Unitised Curtainwall to ground floor
- Heavy Duty Sliders integrated into Curtainwall at level 4
- Delta High Performance sliding doors to Level 4 balconies
- Delta punch windows at level 4
- Opening Vents at level 4
- Frameless glazing
- Auto doors
- Hinged single and double leaf glazed doors
- Hinged double leaf louvre doors
