Quest Serviced Apartments

2019 Burwood East, Victoria Commercial, Multi-Residential Burwood Quest – a serviced apartment development – is a microcosm of the Burwood East suburb; a melting pot of large-scale complexes and smaller residential homes. This commanding, multi-storey building maintains the comfort and warmth of home. Sitting on the edge of Burwood Highway’s high-pace environment, the façade design can be appreciated by viewers travelling at speed past its extensive frontage. The dynamic forms of the balconies create movement across the exterior, and the balance between reflective and matte surfaces play with the changing colours of the sky. Quest balances home and work life for the many guests that visit on business trips. A space of creativity and restoration; engaging yet relaxing; emboldening the mind whilst softening the spirit. The location, a hub for the business traveller, also serves as a home-away-from-home to those visiting the renowned local health and higher education services. Quest’s celebration of high-density living extends to its provision of a supermarket, retail and restaurant at ground floor, servicing all guests within the serviced apartments above.
