Residential Apartment Design and Refurbishment - Bronte – 180 sqm/apartment. A yellow brick 1970’s block of 3 large luxury 4-bedroom apartments overlooking the ocean at Bronte has received a major upgrade. Cradle Design worked with Interior designer Mandy Simmons, as well as Builder Built Complete and strata to develop a staged residential apartment design of 3 apartments, internal and external common areas and the building façade. The residential exterior design for this project included extensive site landscaping, rendered facades, glass balconies and sun shading. To match the home design with its high-end exterior, a premium palette of internal finishes and fixtures was carried through all the residential design and build stages. A mixture of patterned and textured floor and wall tiles, recessed and pendant lighting, and natural surfaces ensured a modern yet luxurious feel, while maintaining focus on the spectacular views over Bronte beach and headlands.
