This home is a country-style high-end full alteration and first floor addition at one end of Bowral’s blue chip Bradman Avenue.

Designed by Paulo Sembrano of Sembrano Design, comprehensive structural engineering took place to create the expansive open plan living and dining space on the ground floor and a substantial master suite with parents’ retreat on the upper floor, featuring bespoke joinery accompanied by luxury fixtures and fittings and detailed carpentry work and finishes.

Alteration works included the replacement and addition of high performance double-glazed aluminium windows and doors, enabling year-round comfort and maximising energy efficiency in the varied climate that is renowned in the Southern Highlands.

High quality engineered timber flooring is also featured throughout the ground floor and leads out to expansive new deck and pergola areas to the north and south.
