Montmorency Townhouses banner

Set on a steeply sloping block in close proximity to Plenty River, this multi-residential development of four Townhouses is designed with an eye toward future owner-occupiers. The strong suburban bushland character of the suburb has informed the design and landscaping. We firmly believe that developments in quieter, residential streets need to be particularly responsive to their immediate setting.

Each of the dwellings has generous open-plan living areas on the ground floor that flow into family-sized backyards. Four bedrooms are housed on the upper level and the front dwellings enjoy views from the terrace of the parkland across the road. The material palette reflects other homes in the area, with the crisp gable forms adding a contemporary twist. This is our third development collaboration with these clients and we look forward to seeing it completed.
