Tasman Bay Residence banner

Located on the Tasman Bay Coast, and nestled in an existing park-like setting, this expansive family house is inspired by the peaked forms of the boat sheds along this coast. Three living, bedroom, and garaging pavillions are organised around central terraces, and connect seamlessly to the outside spaces.

Designed to be resilient in the coastal environment, the design makes use of the elevated building platform with a series of stepped out door garden and living terraces. The living terraces are paved and include a sheltered outdoor living spaces with a generous roofed louvre system.

The design features local stone walls, matt Coloursteel in stone snow, in combination with a white washed accoya timber cladding which is featured on the exterior gables and interior ceiling.
