Situated only a road across the beautiful beach of Browns Bay, the old New World Supermarket was demolished to make room for this apartment of 64-units. The generously sized apartments have large balconies to relax in the sun, plenty of storage for the beach umbrella, and full-sized kitchens to cook for the whole family.

The Victor’s modern palette of patterned concrete, black metal, grooved timber and frameless glass is a bold step forward for Browns Bay. Whether viewed from the Esplanade or the Clyde Road retail strip, the development redefines the village skyline. The mass of the bui9lding is broken down by stepping the penthouse level back from the main northern façade, and a sawtooth roof form gives a residential scale to the western façade. An expansive lobby opens to a soaring atrium lined with green walls and criss-crossed by access bridges, along with a covered courtyard on level one for the exclusive use of residents.
