Teak Construction Group were engaged to remediate this apartment building. Due to water tightness issues, Teak are responsible for repairing deck membranes, cladding and plaster repairs.

Waider Place Apartments consists of 63 apartments spanning over three blocks, located on Great North Road, Henderson. Due to the location of these Apartments, Teak Construction Group had to carry out extensive logistical planning to ensure during the process of remediation there was little disruption to the neighbouring apartments and hospital.

The scope of works required Teak to use our expertise to ensure there are no ongoing weathertightness issues once we have completed the build.
