International Style design influenced this Remuera speculative home. Working with a severe height covenant we adopted a split level solution to capture views of Rangitoto & North Head from the main living and Master bedroom suite spaces.  

We created a raised entry landing, through native garden beds, from where you are connected to the flow through the house to the wet-look pool and vertical river pebble water feature feeding into the piano shaped swiming pool below. The main level dining, informal living and kitchen level and a step down to a Formal Living retreat are laid out either side. These spaces open to a full-size covered entertainment deck complete with fireplace and louvred screens for all-weather relaxation.

Louvre-Tec louvres and extensive glazing complement the white plastered solid masonry providing a timeless international exterior.

The upper level Master Bedroom suite also captures the Rangitoto view courtesy of the mid-level living areas being stepped. This level also provides study and family bedroom options. Guest bedrooms and sauna/pool change room are located on the ground level providing flexible options for larger family groups and guests.
