"This project wasn't about constructing a building; it was about building a community," says Daniel Chan, design lead for Te Mātāwai. This sentiment aptly reflects the journey of the project's development and is evident throughout the building's socially conscious mixed-use design.

One of the two entrance / lobby spaces into Te Mātāwai provides a warm and welcoming entry for residents.
