Curate your dream home with these exclusive, luxury pieces from Sarsfield Brooke

When it comes to sourcing products, the team is rigorous and intentional – an approach that ensures the best pieces for local designers and homeowners to choose from. Each manufacturer has a rich history of craftsmanship and a design ethos that aligns with creating sophisticated, timeless designs.

“For instance, Angelo Cappellini of Italy is renowned for its classic furniture that embodies Italian elegance, while Bullfrog of Germany offers innovative, contemporary designs with a focus on functionality. These partnerships allow us to provide a diverse range that caters to various interior styles while upholding a consistent standard of excellence,” says Donna.

Another beautiful example of craftsmanship is demonstrated through those who work with Murano glass, with all pieces handcrafted using traditional hand or mouth-blowing techniques, some with the addition of contemporary techniques, demonstrating innovation and skill to the highest level. While lighting may come to mind, Sarsfield Brooke’s partners also create stunning furniture pieces with Murano glass – from consoles to dining tables.

Pieces like the Vistosi Jube Pendant Lights and Arte Veneziana’s Frammenti Sideboard are true pieces of art.

“Lighting is pivotal in setting the mood of a space. Our exclusive collections, such as those from Vistosi and Antonangeli Lighting of Italy, are more than mere fixtures; they are sculptural elements that illuminate with purpose. These pieces provide both functional lighting and artistic value, creating atmospheres that are warm, inviting, and sophisticated.”

The exclusive furniture designs from Sarsfield Brooke also offer sophistication with designs such as the Segno Sofa by Italian furniture manufacturer Reflex, a harmonious blend of contemporary design and classic materials – a perfect centrepiece for a luxurious living room.

“The Big Ben Collection, also by Reflex (Italy), which includes a sideboard, dining table, and bar cabinet, exudes grandeur and would elevate any interior with its bold presence.”

More than a hub for premium European furniture, lighting and artwork in New Zealand, Sarsfield Brooke’s showroom in Parnell serves as a resource where collections can be explored first-hand, with a full team of CAD designers on hand to create strong technical and visual renders of the space you are working with from scaled floor plans and item and colour swatch plans, through to full 3D renders.

“We view our relationships with designers as collaborative partnerships,”says Donna. “Our showroom is packed with detailed product information, material samples, and personalised consultations to assist in selecting pieces that align with your clients’ visions. Our goal is to support designers in creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional.”

Two recent projects – an apartment nestled in the heart of Auckland and the Quay West foyer project – demonstrate Sarsfield Brooke’s expert use of the finest upholstery fabrics to create mood, beauty and a sense of luxury. These spaces also show how entirely customisable the collections are and the exquisite detailing of the furniture pieces.

Choosing Sarsfield Brooke means investing in pieces that embody unparalleled craftsmanship and timeless appeal. Their curated selection ensures that each item not only enhances the aesthetic of a space, but also offers lasting value.

“At Sarsfield Brooke, we are passionate about bringing the finest European designs to New Zealand. Our commitment to quality, exclusivity, and personalised service ensures that our clients receive not just furniture and lighting, but pieces that tell a story and create lasting impressions.”
