Inside Blum’s expanded showroom: A stage for innovation and design

Previously focused on Blum’s kitchen innovations, the showroom now demonstrates the brand’s broader vision for the home. Alongside kitchen systems, the new space features solutions for other areas including the bedroom, bathroom, laundry and entertainment areas.

“This showroom packs a whole lot more of a punch,” says Holly.

The entire space is highly interactive – every element is designed to be touched, opened, tested and experienced by visitors so they can understand how the products work and how they will work in their own spaces.

Hands-on displays showcase innovations like TIP-ON BLUMOTION, which marries mechanical push-to-open technology with soft-close functionality, alongside the MOVENTO runner system, known for its stability and fluid movement.

“The latest version of our REVEGO product is being displayed in half height size, which is amazing. This gives visitors an idea of how this product can benefit their homes in more ways than ever. Our latest product release of the AVENTOS top is also on display showing visitors how this innovative cabinetry can transform their homes.”

For those wanting to explore the designs even further, the ‘kitchen test drive’ setups allow visitors to physically reconfigure layouts, experimenting with how cabinets and storage solutions can be arranged for different lifestyles and spaces.

“For those who can’t visit in person, virtual tours give a similar interactive experience.”

The showroom has also been designed as a hub for connection and knowledge-sharing.

Dedicated zones encourage collaboration between architects, designers and homeowners, creating opportunities to come together to explore ideas, share feedback, and see products in action. Plus, educational workshops and training sessions are on offer to allow industry professionals to learn about the brand’s latest innovations, motion technologies and design solutions, giving visitors a hands-on understanding of how Blum’s products improve functionality and workflow throughout the home.

“The showroom really acts as a hub for knowledge-sharing, inspiration and professional connection.”

For anyone searching for home storage solutions, Blum’s revitalised Auckland showroom is the ultimate resource. It showcases the brand’s global design offering with the same high-quality, innovative products found in its international spaces, while reflecting a uniquely New Zealand context through elements like local materials, finishes and layouts that suit Kiwi homes and lifestyles – creating a space that feels familiar and relevant.
