The laidback beachy aesthetic of the Hamptons has long held an appeal that’s extended far beyond the New York postcodes. Intrinsically associated with romance and glamour, the Hamptons represents the archetypal summer house, with Hamptons-style architecture and interiors serving as design inspiration across the globe.
A home away from home for many of America’s elite, the signature Hamptons style is defined by a light neutral colour palette, natural textures, ample natural light, clean lines and an emphasis on indoor-outdoor living. The Hamptons style lends itself particularly well to coastal towns in Australia, with both locales sharing the same relaxed vibe. While weatherboard is the signature cladding material of choice in Hamptons homes, steel cladding in light and breezy hues unites the best of both worlds; achieving the Hamptons aesthetic while being well-suited to the often harsh Australian climate.
The UniCote Hamptons range brings a touch of coastal chic down under with an aesthetically pleasing cladding solution created with the unique Australian environment in mind.
